Q-Is framing or mounting included in the price?
A- Framing or mounting is not included in all prices.

Q-What print media and finishes are available?
A- Paper: a heavy weight photo gloss paper
Polypropylene: a heavy weight plastic material suitable for stretching.
Canvas: a heavy weight sealed artist canvas material suitable for stretching.
Laminate: Waterproof UV resistant layer on top of image available in matte or gloss.

Q- How is my order delivered?
A- All prints will be delivered in heavyweight mailing tubes.

Q-Is delivery cost included in price?
A- Delivery is to be calculated and added to print price. See order page.

Q-What is the estimated delivery time?
A-Australia 5 to 7 days, International 7 to 10days

Q-What if the print is damaged during shipping?
A- Should your print order sustain any damage during shipping you are to notify us immediately. We will then arrange return shipping.
Please return the artwork in the original packaging. We will then ship a replacement print.

Q-Is there any guarantee on the print ordered?
A- Every care and attention is taken to reproduce artwork shown here as digital images. Because of the differences in media characteristics ie on-screen versus printed hard copy, these can never quite be identical.

Our guarantee is that if you are not happy with your selection, you can return it for your money back. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return, and return the artwork in original condition (also in original packaging). Upon receipt by us of the artwork your credit card will be credited the full amount paid.
Please note return freight costs are your responsibility.
All prints purchased are printed using long life outdoor UV resistant inks and have a UV resistant protective sealing laminate on the viewing surface to maximise the life of the print.
Since color dyes and inks may change over time, prints will not be replaced or warranted against any change in color.
Every print purchased includes a free care and information guide.

Q-Can I reproduce these photographs on this website?
A- All images, text and logos in this website are copyright.
To reproduce the logos, text or any of the images shown (in whole or part) by any form of electronic or printed media, permission must be obtained from Greg Edwards Studios and a fee will be payable.
Upon payment of a fee, images can be used for commercial purposes.
Charges for use are based on the following criteria:

A- Any information collected about our customers is retained solely by us.
We will not sell, trade, loan, license or give away any of your personal information.
